1. After you wake up. find a mirror and smile at yourself for about 3 minutes. thinking about something fun

2. Turn on the music that you like in the bath room and sing along with it while you brush your teeth for 1 song. this is also help your teeth clean.

3. Don’t turn off the music yet. you can dance along while you’re putting your cloth on.
